As we continue our exciting growth journey, at our NoviCogi Technologies location in Ohrid, Macedonia, we’re now looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to work in our cross-discipline squads and create best-in-class digital products for our clients.

As an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be collaborating with the product, engineering and UX/UI teams to materialize concepts for multiple product lines and execute exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Lead the design team on both aesthetic and functionality aspects of the digital products
  • Demonstrate an effective approach to user experience strategy and architecting
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for experiences
  • Help lead the overall product and design direction of the company
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system
  • Take part in product and UX research through prototyping, user interviews and user testing
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure a high-quality product is shipped

About You

  • Have 5+ years of in UX Product Design, Interaction Design or Information Architecture including an ability to define and drive the process.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate conceptual ideas and design rationale, with the ability to evangelize best practices of UX/UI design
  • Experience conducting and leading user research
  • Fluency in UX and UI design fundamentals such as conception/strategy, empathy with users, designing preliminary comps, page layouts, site content, graphics, templates, style guides, design systems, and navigational elements in accordance with project requirements
  • Expert level in Figma & Adobe CS
  • Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Collaboration; great communication is the key to any project
  • Confidence and grace to handle design critique and iterate to success
  • Ability to blend intuitive UI with progressive technology

Additional Qualifications

  • A portfolio showcasing previous UX Design projects and highlighting your role in each project.
  • Any additional qualifications, such as certifications in UX Design or related areas, are a plus.
