Challenge
The skills shortage is real: companies struggle to find experienced specialists, while many people aged 55+ still want to contribute their know-how flexibly. There was no good place to bring the two together.
Solution
We built a platform for AtWize where senior experts (55+) and companies both register. Companies search specifically for senior experts and post jobs; built in are a chat system, a powerful search and time tracking — everything for the collaboration in one place.
Result
Both sides find each other quickly — from the match through chat to logging hours via time tracking, it all runs in one place: an active contribution against the skills shortage.
