Trusted by ambitious teams

The difference

From case-by-case to an AI agent

What changes in practice — and where the human stays in charge: your team approves, it no longer processes.

One person works through incoming cases one by one, by hand
Today

Every case is read, sorted and passed on by hand — again every single day.

An AI agent processes incoming cases and hands them to a human for approval
With an AI agent

The agent reads, decides and uses your systems — your team only approves.

AI agents at work — in our own team

Three AI agents work in our own team every day — research, content and quality assurance. What runs reliably for us, we build for your processes too.

AI workshop

How much AI actually makes sense for your company

AI can lift efficiency across many parts of your business. The hard question is not whether, but where to start. That is exactly what we answer — with a prioritised list of concrete use cases from your own working day.

The workshop

3 h
  1. 10 minIntroductions
  2. 15 minA picture of where you stand: AI readiness survey
  3. 20 minOverview: what AI can do today — and what it cannot
  4. 15 minLive demo: AI agents in action
  5. 60 minBrainstorming: use cases in your departments
  6. 45 minPrioritising the ideas
  7. 15 minSummary and next steps

About half a day on site — we come to you.

Who should be there

  • Sales / Marketing
  • Engineering / Production
  • Purchasing / Logistics
  • People (HR)
  • Administration / Finance
  • IT

The mix is what matters: the best use cases appear where departments meet.

What is included — from preparation to result

  1. Kick-off call

With your management: clarify the goals and tailor the workshop to your company.

  2. Workshop

About half a day on site with your department heads — agenda as above.

  3. Write-up

Presentation, the evaluated AI readiness survey, prioritised use cases and a proposal for how to proceed.

  4. Closing call

Go through the results together and agree the next steps.

What you hold in your hands afterwards

  • A picture of your situation

An anonymous self-assessment from every department, evaluated and put in context.

  • Prioritised recommendations

Tailored to your company and sorted by benefit and effort.

  • A shared understanding

Every department head leaves with the same realistic picture of AI.

  • A concrete efficiency roadmap

A proposal for which AI use cases to start with — and where they save money.

Why AI agents get expensive — the six cost drivers

Token prices keep falling, yet AI bills keep rising. Six patterns explain why — and each has countermeasures. Four of the six are architecture and process questions, which is why AI cost control is management work, not a procurement detail.

up to ~1,000×

Long-lived context

AI models are stateless — agents resend the growing history in full with every step, so agentic tasks can cost up to ~1,000× more tokens than a simple chat.

Countermeasures: Prompt caching, context hygiene, prefer single-turn where possible.

~60 %

Refinement is the cost sink

The first answer is not the expensive part — checking, repairing and re-verifying it afterwards is. Around 60 % of an agent task’s cost sits in refinement.

Countermeasures: Invest up front, verify with cheap models or fixed rules, measure the rework rate.

up to 30×

Autonomy creates variance

The same job can cost wildly different amounts depending on the path the agent chooses — same task, up to 30× cost difference per run.

Countermeasures: Set stop rules, dose autonomy, monitor the outliers — budget the distribution, not the average.

overhead

Expensive reasoning for simple tasks

Defaulting to the strongest model for everything is pure overhead on simple tasks — expensive reasoning belongs where decisions are made, not in routine work.

Countermeasures: Fix the model per use case, cap the thinking budget, frontier models only where they change the outcome.

paid repeatedly

Orchestration multiplies cost

How work is split across agents, tools and middleware changes the bill dramatically — the same tokens are often processed and priced several times on their way to the model.

Countermeasures: Cost the full run, keep handovers lean, use few middleware layers.

−30–40 %

Information structure drives consumption

How information is phrased and formatted determines the token count — identical content, up to 30–40 % savings through tight, structured inputs and outputs.

Countermeasures: Write tightly, use structured formats, make costs visible per run.

Frequently asked questions

Is our data safe with AI?
Yes. We design AI features around data protection: private deployments, no training on your data where required, and EU-compliant providers. Security and GDPR are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
Where should a mid-sized company start with AI?
With one narrow, high-volume task that is done by hand today — answering common questions, classifying documents, drafting routine text. A focused first project proves value fast and de-risks bigger investments.
Can you integrate AI into our existing software?
Yes — we add AI capabilities to existing products and workflows via APIs, so you benefit without replacing what already works.
What is an AI agent — and how do mid-sized companies use them?
An AI agent works through multi-step tasks on its own: it reads, decides, uses tools and only hands over for approval. Typical uses in mid-sized companies are order intake, document processing and research — we use agents in our own daily work as well.
Do you run AI workshops for our team?
Yes. Our AI workshop takes about half a day and runs at your site, with the heads of sales, production, purchasing, HR, finance and IT in one room. It includes a kick-off call, the workshop itself, a write-up with the evaluated AI readiness survey and prioritised use cases, and a closing call — so you end up with a concrete roadmap rather than a nice afternoon.
Do you offer AI consulting on-site in Munich?
Yes. We are based in Munich (Baaderstraße 40) and hold consulting sessions in person — at your offices or at ours, whichever suits you. The AI workshop itself always takes place at your site: it only works with your department heads in the room.
